The OZAH series slurry pump is a heavy-duty cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, featuring thick wear-resistant components and heavy-duty brackets. It is suitable for conveying highly abrasive, high-concentration slurry or low-concentration slurry with high head. The pump body adopts a dual-pump casing structure, where the flow components are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant parts (including the impeller, casing liner, and front/rear wear plates). Transmission methods: CRZ, CV, DCZ, ZVZ. Seal options include packing seal and mechanical seal. The OZAH series is widely used in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, coal, power, transportation, river dredging, and other fields. Standard wear-resistant configurations for the OZAH series slurry pump include high-chromium alloy and wear-resistant rubber. The metal components are made of A05 high-chromium alloy, while the rubber components are made of R55 natural rubber. Depending on specific operating conditions, optional materials such as A49, high-temperature sintered SIC, and CN3SIC can also be selected.

Structural features:
• The pump body adopts a structure designed with through bolts, vertically opening in the middle, which is easy to maintain and has a very short downtime;
• The pump body has a stopper connected to the bracket with bolts. The discharge port of the pump can be rotated and installed at eight angles.
• The front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with back blades to reduce leakage and improve the service life of the pump.
• Full lined ductile iron casing has durability, strength, safety, and long service life;
• A large diameter, low-speed rotating, and efficient impeller designed to achieve the longest wear life and lowest operating costs;
• Large, open internal channels designed to reduce internal flow rate, extend wear life, and lower operating costs;
• Thick elastic or alloy bolt type bushings have excellent corrosion resistance and are easy to replace and exchange, thereby reducing overall maintenance costs and extending service life.
• The minimum suspension of the shaft/impeller can reduce shaft deflection and extend the service life of the packing
• The bearing scheme lubricated with grease or oil can simplify the maintenance process and shorten downtime.
• Box type bearing components can be maintained in a clean environment without disassembling the pump body, ensuring reliable operation and extending the service life of the bearings
Multiple material options to adapt to various harsh working conditions:
A05 (high chromium alloy)
1.After heat treatment, the hardness of A05 reaches HRC 58-62; Strong wear resistance, it is a commonly selected material for slurry pumps;
2.A05 has poor corrosiveness and is not suitable for acidic media. It is only suitable for neutral or weakly alkaline environments;
3. Suitable for working conditions: mines, coal washing plants, and tailings containing low corrosive media with fine particles.
A49 (FGD specific alloy)
1.A49 has both high chromium alloy wear resistance and austenite phase acid resistance, and its wear resistance is comparable to A05 alloy;
2.A49 is designed specifically for flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems, which can effectively resist the corrosion and wear of desulfurization slurry;
3. Suitable working conditions: absorption tower circulation pump, slurry delivery pump, slurry medium with pH ≥ 3.5.
CN3 silicon carbide infiltration
1. Silicon carbide forms an ultra-high hardness surface layer by infiltrating carbon nitride compounds (CN3), achieving high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
2. CN3 silicon carbide has more stable chemical properties, with temperature resistance ≤ 180 ℃ and strong corrosion resistance, suitable for PH114 slurry transportation scenarios.
3. Suitable for working conditions: Medium containing large particles or high hardness ore slurry, meeting extreme wear and specific corrosion sections.
Replaceable R55 wear-resistant rubber material
• R55 wear-resistant rubber has excellent elasticity, strength, and resistance to cutting, tearing, and wear.
• The production of R55 wear-resistant rubber uses a unique liquid-phase mixing process, which endows R55 wear-resistant rubber with excellent physical properties and excellent usability. Unlike other processes, our process has minimal mechanical disturbance to the molecular structure of the finished rubber, bringing significant cost advantages to users.
• R55 wear-resistant rubber exhibits excellent performance in fine slurry grinding, with high toughness, low modulus, and resistance to various chemical corrosion, making it particularly suitable for working conditions where the medium material contains fine sand particles.
• The physical properties of R55 wear-resistant rubber, such as soft texture and high toughness, can effectively reduce the generation of noise and make the equipment run more quietly and smoothly.
Replaceable high-temperature sintered SiC material
SiC ceramic material is a technologically mature wear-resistant material with high hardness and stable molecular structure. SiC products have corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance, and have been widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, power, and chemical engineering. SiC ceramic materials have the following three characteristics: wear resistance: The wear resistance of SiC ceramics is 3.13 times that of Cr15Mo3 and 3.51 times that of Cr30. Corrosion resistance: SiC ceramics are resistant to most inorganic acids, organic acids, and alkalis (except hydrofluoric acid and hot concentrated alkali), and have excellent oxidation resistance. Low density: The density of SiC ceramics is only 2.65g/cm3, which is about one-third of that of wear-resistant alloys.
Replacement and upgrade of accessories
The company has spare parts that can replace the full range of Woman A05, A49, and R55 materials, and can be upgraded to high-temperature sintered SIC materials for special working conditions, extending the service life of equipment by 2-3 times.
